If you want your blog to accomodate posting youtube videos into posts then then you have two choices:
(1) Change to a theme that has already has a wide enough blogging space to accomodate the 350 pixel width of youtubes. The maximum widths for the blogging space in themes are found in this FAQs post

(2) Purchase a css editing upgrade and edit the theme you have now to increase the blogging space width. Note: this is not recommended to those who lack css editing experience and there is no staff support for “learning css”
